Lorin Puebla MS, ALC, NCC

Lorin completed her practicum and internship at Faith and Hope Counseling Center, a nonprofit organization run by the Pensacola Bay Baptist Association. During this time, she obtained specialized training and certifications in:

  • Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

  • Managing Emotional States Effectively (MESE)

  • Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapy

  • Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Informed Training

  • Sandtray Informed Training

  • Play Therapy Informed Training

She has worked with individuals of all ages, as well as couples and families, addressing a wide range of mental and behavioral health concerns. Her specialized focus includes the treatment of trauma, behavioral struggles, and neurodiversity, along with the diagnosis and treatment of mental and behavioral disorders. Lorin also has extensive experience working with the foster and adoptive population, specializing in trauma treatment, attachment-based issues, and helping children and their families navigate and overcome behavioral challenges. She is currently expanding her expertise as an Associate Licensed Counselor under the supervision of Anna Barksdale MSCP, LPC-S, further developing her clinical skills in trauma-focused and holistic care.

Lorin’s therapeutic approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and integrative, blending neurological, cognitive, somatic, and relational models to support deep and lasting healing. She prioritizes evidence-based strategies while incorporating mindfulness, spirituality, and alternative healing modalities to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering a compassionate and transformative therapeutic experience.
