Therapeutic Approach

My therapeutic approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and integrative, blending neurological, cognitive, somatic, and relational models to support deep and lasting healing. I prioritize evidence-based strategies while incorporating mindfulness, spirituality, and alternative healing modalities to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering a compassionate and transformative therapeutic experience.

Weekly Therapy vs. ART Intensives

Weekly Therapy

  • 50-minute sessions, once a week

  • Best for ongoing support, skill-building, and gradual progress

  • Helpful for navigating daily stress, parenting challenges, relationships, and long-term growth

ART Intensives

  • 90-minute focused sessions

  • Best for resolving a specific memory, trauma, or stuck pattern

  • Allows the brain to process and release painful experiences more quickly

  • Many clients notice relief in just a few sessions—sometimes even after one
