This referral form is designed for medical providers, mental health providers, pediatric practices, school counselors, and allied professionals who wish to refer individuals for counseling services at The Counseling Haven.

I specialize in:

• trauma & emotional regulation (PTSD & complex)

• Behavioral Challenges

• anger outbursts & emotional dysregulation

• anxiety, panic & intrusive thoughts

• OCD

• childhood trauma & developmental concerns

• parent stress & caregiver burnout

• support for women and moms experiencing overwhelm

I provide trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate therapy for children (ages 4+), teens, adults, moms, and families.

Accessibility Rate for Referred Clients

Although The Counseling Haven is a private-pay practice, I recognize that many families are unable to utilize insurance or face barriers to accessing timely mental health care.

To support accessibility, all clients referred by any licensed medical or mental health provider qualify for a reduced rate of $140 per session.

This is a practice-wide policy, and no referring provider receives any financial benefit.
It simply allows clients to access needed care at a more manageable rate.
